Yinka Agunbiade  Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni 12 policemen have been arrested in different places of Lagos by the state’s police command for one case of misconduct or the other. Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni , revealed this while speaking during a press briefing held at the Police Command headquarters, Ikeja. Owoseni said the arrested officers would be investigated before any sanction. He said the Inspector General of police, Ibrahim Idris , has warned that all policemen should comport themselves in a civilised manner and project the image of the Nigeria Police Force. This is after he had spent three days in Ibara Prisons, Abeokuta. He was granted bail on Monday at Ota Magistrate Court 2, at about 10am. The accused was said to have been released around 10am, when a reproduction warrant was brought to the prison officials at Ibara Prisons. This was disclosed by the Public Relations Officer, Nigeria Prisons Service, Ogun State Command, Victor Oyeleke. He said, “The man (Joachim Iroko) has been released this morning from Ibara Prisons. “The accused was released around 10am when the Reproduction Warrant was brought from the Court, indicating that his bail conditions have been perfected.”

The driver, who ignored all prying eyes, got down from his truck, spread his mat on the ground and began to pray. This, of course, caused traffic.
