#FELABRATION 2015 Artist thrill fans at 2015 annual felabration concert
Tuesday, October 13 marked Day Two of the 2015
edition of Felabration, a celebration of the musical heritage and
life of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
This year’s edition officially started with a debate for secondary schools on Tuesday, October 6 at Freedom Park, Lagos Island, followed by a symposium.
The event centre on Day Two was filled to overflowing as fans trooped in to watch their favourite acts perform. The show was opened by the Obadikah Brass Band, who came all the way from Ghana, and closed by Remi Aluko.

Adekunle Gold was the star of the night, stealing the hearts of the audience with his amazing performance.
Other artists who performed include; Chinko Ekun, Niniola, Danagog, Ycee, Kemi Katz, Monica Ogah, Yun K, Seun Olota, Emmerson, Iroko, Prince Banton, Immaculate, Bolaji Da Boy, Seriki, Dolu, General Pype, Ketchup, Tillaman, Henry Knight, Base One, Minjin, Ms Kizz, Xplosion, Slyde, Jaiye Keytarist, Jaywon, Little Doctor, Ceaser, Mr 2kay.

The annual international music festival Felabration 2015 started in a spectacular way with several music artists performing on the first night of the event.
With the theme Just Like That, this year’s edition officially started with a debate for secondary schools on Tuesday, October 6 at Freedom Park, Lagos Island, followed by a symposium.
The main concert launched with a ground breaking performance by the Third World band who played their favourite Fela songs.

Other acts who slayed the stage were Praiz, Xplosion, Simi, Kemi Katz, Yun K, Emmerson, Prince Banton, Bolaji Da Boy, Spydaman, Mr Smith Lib Money, Nassa Boy, Muri Thunder, Buzzor Dils, Magneto and a host of others.
The event, which took place at Afrika Shrine, Alausa, Ikeja is the brainchild of Yeni Kuti, the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s eldest daughter. It is held every year in honour of the afro beat star and music icon.
