#ProjectFame9.0 Academy Day 33: Contestants Talk About Life’s Lessons
The faculty members of the #ProjectFame9.0 academy
ensure that the contestants not only learn about music and how to
improve their stagecraft but also have as much fun as possible while
doing so.
Mummy J’s class of academy day 33 in #ProjectFame9.0 was not only a wonderful learning experience for the contestants but was also one that required the contestants to answer thought provoking question of what life has taught them.
All the speeches made by the contestants was inspirational as they shared their life experiences on an array of topics including appreciating one’s uniqueness, managing emotions, resisting negative peer pressure, and a lot more.
There was an array of speeches which included Steve talked about being yourself and not allowing peer pressure determine your actions. Mummy J told him that he needed to be better with his articulation as he tends to fade off towards the end of his speech.
Gabriel on his part takes about the “two dark lines beneath his eyes”. He went ahead to show each and every one of the contestants the lines. He talked about how people saw him differently when he joined a new class in primary school because of his curly hair and how he was able to see himself as being special.
At the end of the class, Mummy J told the contestants to read for at least one hour each day as that will help them know how to arrange their tenses better.
Practical lessons continued with the dance instructor Ms. Lovette who was keen on putting finishing touches to the contestants’ choreography for the upcoming weekend performances.
Ms. Ige’s class took a different turn as she chose to take her class to the stage. She grilled the contestants on their stagecraft and all were better for it at the end of rehearsals.
